YardHub
Frequently Asked Questions
How we quote, schedule, bill and service properties across the Midlands. Still stuck? Call (803) 408-4822 or request a free estimate.
What areas does YardHub serve?
YardHub serves Lexington, Lake Murray, Irmo, Ballentine, Chapin and Columbia, South Carolina. We are a service-area business, so we travel to the property rather than operating a storefront.
How do I get a quote?
Request a free estimate through the form on our website, or call (803) 408-4822. Tell us the property address and what you need, and we will come back to you with a quote.
How is pricing determined?
Pricing is set per property and reflects the size of the lot, how often the service runs, and the scope of the work. The figure is confirmed in your quote, estimate or service agreement before any work begins.
How does billing work?
Invoices are issued and payments processed through Jobber, our scheduling and customer management platform. Payment is due on receipt unless agreed otherwise in writing, and recurring plans can be billed automatically on a set schedule.
How do I cancel or reschedule a visit?
Cancel or reschedule through the Jobber client portal, or by email, phone or text, giving as much notice as you reasonably can. Cancellations made with insufficient notice may incur a fee, as set out in your service agreement.
What should I do before the crew arrives?
Make sure we can reach the areas being serviced: unlock gates, restrain pets for the service window, and move items such as toys, hoses and debris off the lawn. If we cannot access the property as scheduled, a trip fee may apply and the visit is rescheduled.
What hazards should I tell you about?
Tell us about anything on the property we would not see: irrigation lines, invisible fencing, septic systems, hidden obstacles and uneven ground. We are not responsible for damage to hazards or property features that were not disclosed in advance.
What happens if it rains on my service day?
Weather, equipment problems and other conditions outside our control can push a visit. We reschedule and make reasonable efforts to let you know promptly.
What if something on my property is damaged during a service?
Tell us within 48 hours of the service date, with photos and details. We investigate and work with you in good faith toward a resolution, which may include repair, replacement or reimbursement.
Is YardHub insured?
YardHub carries general liability insurance for our operations. Certificates of insurance are available on request for commercial accounts that need documentation.
Are fertilizer and weed treatments safe around children and pets?
Treated areas may need to be kept clear of people and pets for a period after application; the crew will tell you how long for the product used. Applications follow the product label and applicable state regulations.
What are your hours?
Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 6:00pm. Saturday, 7:00am to 1:00pm. Closed Sunday.
