Terms of Service
YardHub LLC
Effective Date: August 4, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of YardHub LLC’s (“YardHub,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) website and lawncare services, including residential and commercial mowing, maintenance, and related landscaping services (collectively, the “Services”). By requesting a quote, scheduling service, or otherwise engaging YardHub, you (“Customer,” “you”) agree to these Terms.
1. Services
YardHub provides residential and commercial lawncare services, which may include mowing, edging, trimming, fertilization, weed control, aeration, cleanup, and related property maintenance as agreed upon at the time of quote or contract. Specific scope, frequency, and pricing will be provided in your quote, estimate, or service agreement.
2. Scheduling and Access
Service scheduling, appointment reminders, and communications are managed through Jobber, our scheduling and customer management platform. Customer is responsible for:
- Providing accurate property and contact information
- Ensuring reasonable access to the property on scheduled service dates (e.g., unlocked gates, restrained pets, cleared obstacles)
- Notifying YardHub in advance of any changes to access, property conditions, or scheduling conflicts
If our crew cannot access the property as scheduled, YardHub reserves the right to charge a trip/lockout fee and reschedule service.
3. Pricing and Payment
- Pricing is based on the quote or service agreement provided to Customer, which may reflect property size, service frequency, and scope of work.
- Invoices are issued and payment is processed through Jobber. Customer agrees to provide accurate billing and payment information.
- Payment is due upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing. Recurring service plans may be billed automatically on a set schedule.
- Late payments may be subject to a late fee and/or suspension of service until the account is brought current.
- Prices are subject to change with reasonable advance notice for recurring service agreements.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Customer may cancel or reschedule a scheduled visit by providing notice as far in advance as reasonably possible, through Jobber’s client portal, email, phone, or text.
- Cancellations made with insufficient notice (as specified in your service agreement) may incur a cancellation fee.
- YardHub reserves the right to reschedule service due to weather, equipment issues, or other conditions outside our control, and will make reasonable efforts to notify Customer promptly.
- Recurring service plans may be canceled by either party with written notice as specified in the applicable service agreement.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Customer agrees to:
- Disclose known hazards on the property (e.g., irrigation lines, invisible fencing, uneven terrain, hidden obstacles, septic systems)
- Restrain pets during scheduled service windows
- Remove or flag items that could interfere with equipment (e.g., toys, debris, hoses)
- Provide accurate information about property boundaries and areas to be serviced
YardHub is not responsible for damage to items, hazards, or property features that were not disclosed to us in advance.
6. Weather and Conditions Beyond Our Control
YardHub is not liable for delays, rescheduling, or service limitations caused by weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- YardHub will exercise reasonable care in performing Services but does not guarantee specific lawn health, growth, or appearance outcomes, particularly for services affected by weather, soil conditions, pests, or factors outside our control.
- YardHub is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from our Services.
- YardHub’s total liability for any claim related to the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by Customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
- Nothing in this section limits liability for damage directly caused by YardHub’s negligence in the performance of physical work (e.g., damage to property caused by our equipment or crew), which shall be addressed in accordance with our standard claims process.
8. Property Damage Claims
If you believe YardHub caused damage to your property during service, please notify us within 48 hours of the service date with photos and details. We will investigate and work with you in good faith toward a resolution, which may include repair, replacement, or reimbursement at our discretion, subject to the limitations in Section 7.
9. Insurance
YardHub maintains general liability insurance for our operations. Certificates of insurance are available upon request for commercial accounts requiring documentation.
10. Chemical and Treatment Applications
For services involving fertilizer, herbicide, or pesticide application, Customer acknowledges:
- Treated areas may need to be avoided by people and pets for a period following application, as communicated by our crew
- Applications are performed in accordance with product labels and applicable state regulations
- YardHub is not responsible for reactions to treatments where Customer failed to follow posted or communicated precautions
11. Commercial Accounts
Commercial customers may be subject to additional terms outlined in a separate service agreement or contract, which will govern in the event of a conflict with these Terms.
12. Data and Privacy
Customer information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy, including data processed through our CRM platform, Jobber.
13. Termination
YardHub reserves the right to suspend or terminate service to any Customer for non-payment, unsafe conditions, abusive conduct toward staff, or violation of these Terms.
